Zafarsha Ibrahimzoda meets Saudi Arabian ambassador Ar-Rushaydon
On September 5, the director of the National Museum of Tajikistan Ibrahimzoda Zafarsho Safo had a working meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Republic of Tajikistan Walid ibn Abdurrahman ar-Rushaidon.
According to the source, at the beginning Ibrahimzoda Zafarsho welcomed the visit of the distinguished guest to the National Museum, which coincided with one of our great national holidays, the 31st anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
During the meeting, issues of strengthening cultural relations, exchange of museum experience, restoration and strengthening of rare museum objects, development and publication of the list of rare museum monuments in Tajik and Arabic languages, organization and holding of temporary exhibitions in Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia, preparation of specialists in the field of restoration and conservation were discussed. The meeting also touched upon the signing of an agreement between the National Museum of Tajikistan and the National Museum of Saudi Arabia and other important areas of museum activity .
