Continuation of deadly attacks, the signs of increasing radicalism: Putin

Russian President, Putin, speaking at sixth summit of CICA stated that the continuation of deadly attacks in Afghanistan are the signs of increasing threats by terrorists.
He emphasized that Afghanistan has remained one of the security challenges in the region.
Putin reiterated that Afghanistan has not been able to resolve the terrorist threats despite the presence of the US and NATO for two decades in this country.
The summit commenced in Kazakhstan leading by president of this country this morning.
It is mentionable that CICA has 27 members. Afghanistan, Iran, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Cambodia, China, Egypt, Russia, India, Iraq, Israel, Thailand, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Mongolia, Pakistan, Palestine, Qatar, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Turkey, UAE, Uzbekistan and Vietnam are its members.
