Meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs with the Assistant Secretary General of the United Nations

On 17 October 2022 on the sidelines of the High-Level Conference on “International and Regional Border Security and Management Cooperation to Counter Terrorism and Prevent the Movement of Terrorists” was held a meeting between the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin and the UN Assistant Secretary-General for Rule of Law and Security Institutions in the Department of Peacekeeping Operations Mr. Alexander Zuev.

During the meeting the parties exchanged views on bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and the UN, including the expansion of peacekeeping operations and the role of Tajikistan in providing its personnel, humanitarian demining and other topical issues.
