311 Afghanistan’s citizens arrive in Canada
Minister of immigration, refugees and citizenship of Canada, Sean Fraser, said that 311 Afghanistan’s citizens arrived in Canada on a charter flight from Pakistan.
“This morning, I had the privilege of welcoming 311 Afghan refugees on a charter flight from Pakistan to Halifax, including family members of interpreters and those who supported Canada’s mission in Afghanistan,” he said.
” 22,581 Afghans have now safely arrived in Canada. “
Last week 326 refugees of Afghanistan arrived in Canada from Tajikistan.
