Tajikistan trucks arrive in China three years after pandemic outbreak
The Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan informed about the restoration of the movement of Tajikistani trucks through the border crossing to the People’s Republic of China. Trucks have entered China for the first time after a three-year hiatus.
According to the source, the movement of trucks was stopped in connection with the spread of the infectious disease COVID-19 in this country.
Since 2020, domestic trucks have not been allowed to enter the territory of the neighboring country. The necessary products were brought to the border by Chinese trucks, and from there they were transferred to domestic trucks to Tajikistan.
