Tajikistan’s cooperation with the United Nations Trade and Development Organization (UNCTAD) is being strengthened

On the sidelines of the 27th session of the United Nations Commission on Science and Technology for Development,  the Director of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Khurshed Mirzo, met with the Secretary General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, Rebecca Greenspan.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the strengthening of Tajikistan’s cooperation with UNCTAD in the areas of innovation and digitization of economic sectors, including within the framework of the Strategy for the Development of Artificial Intelligence in the Republic of Tajikistan until 2040 and other areas of development.
