President Emomali Rahmon makes personnel appointments

Today, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, met with personnel who were appointed to positions in the Supreme Court, the Supreme Economic Court, and executive bodies of state power in the city of Dushanbe, GBAO, and Khatlon Province.

In accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, proposals of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan were submitted on the recall of Taghozoda Abduqahhor Saidmurod from the position of judge of the Supreme Court, on the recall of Qosimzoda Sulaymon Oymahmad from the position of judge of the Supreme Economic Court due to transfer to another job, on the election of Taghozoda Abduqahhor Saidmurod as Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, on the election of Qosimzoda Sulaymon Oymahmad as Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, on the election of Saidzoda Marziya Fayzali, Bobokhonzoda Asomuddin, Shukurzoda Nazrullo Taghoybobo, Amonzoda Namozi Sharif, Sherzoda Jurabek Sanginmurod, Qurboniyon Safarali Alikhon, Nazarzoda Davron Quvvat, Davlatzoda Ismoil Rahim as judges of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, and on the election of Barotzoda Zumrad Mahramiyon and Saidzoda Zulfiya Said as judges of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan.

By Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sharifi Bakhtiyor was relieved of his post as the chairman of Yovon district of Khatlon Province and appointed First Deputy Chairman of Dushanbe city, Gurezzoda Umed was appointed chairman of Sino district, and Safarzoda Dilshod Ghani was appointed chairman of Firdavsi district of Dushanbe.

Valizoda Ikromiddin, who until now had been the chairman of Kushoniyon district, was appointed chairman of Yovon district, Kholzoda Mahmadsharif was appointed chairman of Kushoniyon district, and Amirzoda Mahmud was appointed chairman of Abdurahmon Jomi district of Khatlon Province.

In agreement with the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Afzalsho Muslima Askarsho was appointed Deputy Head of Badakhshan Mountainous Autonomous Province, and by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Shukurzoda Isfandiyor was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

During the conversation, the Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, gave instructions and recommendations to judicial officials on protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens, ensuring justice and the rule of law, and also set specific tasks for personnel appointed to leadership positions in central and local government bodies.

It was emphasized that protecting the interests of the state and the people of the country should always be put first, and they should perform their official duties with a high sense of responsibility and with loyalty and honesty.
