President Emomali Rahmon attended opening of Private Preschool Educational Institution Basbi International Innovative Kindergarten

On December 3, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, together with the Chairman of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mayor of Dushanbe, Honorable Rustam Emomali, inaugurated the Private Preschool Educational Institution — International Innovative Kindergarten of Basbi on Rustam Amakiev Street, Firdavsi district, Dushanbe.
The newly built educational facility, with the attention and care of the Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and the constructive initiatives of the leadership of the Executive Body of the State Power of Dushanbe, was built by domestic entrepreneur Rustam Saidov for a sum of 20 million somoni to celebrate the 35th anniversary of state independence.
The Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, was informed that construction work on this facility began in 2023 and it was built with high quality on an area of 6,700 square meters.
The newly built institution consists of two 4-story buildings and a basement, and provides excellent educational conditions for children’s intellectual development and various fun games, and is designed for 600 children.
The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that the Basbi Private Innovative Preschool Educational Institution was opened in order to implement innovative processes and comprehensively use the potential of digital technologies in the economy within the framework of the declaration of the Years of Digital Economy and Innovation Development (2025-2030) in Tajikistan.
According to officials, this preschool institution accepts children from 2 to 6 years old and provides them with 4 hot meals.
The kindergarten’s classrooms are equipped with necessary equipment and all kinds of fun children’s toys, and education and care are provided in 3 languages: Tajik, Russian, and English.
The use of robotics, Luna, and other modern equipment used in the educational process is considered to be another advantage of this new and modern institution.
According to the project, this institution has provided good conditions for 23 groups, including classrooms with a bedroom and bathroom, music halls, a gym, a hall for holding clubs and events with 120 seats, a canteen, a laundry room, a playground, and a swimming pool, which was considered a valuable gift for the deprived children of the independence era.
Each group has 20 children, who are taught by experienced teachers.
With the commissioning of the new educational institution, 23 experienced caregivers with good knowledge of the state language and foreign languages, other pedagogical, administrative, and technical staff, a total of 88 people, have been recruited and are well-paid.
