Celebration of the Independence Day of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Novosibirsk city
In honor of the 31st anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan on August 30, 2022, the Consulate General of the Republic of Tajikistan in the city of Novosibirsk of the Russian Federation organized a solemn event at the Center of Culture and Recreation “Pobeda”.
The celebration was attended by First Deputy Mayor of Novosibirsk Zakharov Gennady Pavlovich, representatives of government agencies, heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Novosibirsk, intellectuals, media representatives, as well as representatives of the Tajik diaspora and Tajik students who study and live in the region.
In his opening speech, the Consul General of the Republic of Tajikistan in the city of Novosibirsk Davlatkhoja Yatim welcomed those present and emphasized the decisive role of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, in building a democratic, legal and secular state, achieving peace and national harmony, strengthening national unity and sustainable development, as well as establishing and strengthening relations with the international community.
Then, the First Deputy Mayor of Novosibirsk city Zakharov G.P. congratulated the Tajik people on Independence Day and highly appreciated the successes and achievements of the Republic of Tajikistan on the path of building and strengthening statehood.
The guests were presented with a photo exhibition of the achievements of the Republic of Tajikistan in the era of independence, which clearly acquainted the guests with the achievements of the country in such areas as politics, economy, culture, sports and education, as well as printed materials with unique nature and rich tourism potential of Tajikistan.
